At The VITS school, we aim to provide an environment where children majorly learn on their own and grow. We can play the role of facilitators in this learning experience and let children evolve and discover things on their own. We aim at creating an environment where children learn "How to think” rather than "What to think", where they learn to "Be their age" and not "Act their age". We aim at fostering happy human beings imbibed with basic, timeless values that help them face life in all dimensions. We wish to bring about a change from making children literate to making them educated.

Ms. Sidhya Senani, Founder

Ms. Sidhya Senani, an alumnus of Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), Delhi and Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, UK. Deeply passionate and committed to social sector since early age, she has spent her time since college years in empowering marginalized sections of society for their sustained socio-emotional and economical development. Her passion took a turn in 2015, wherein she believed that maximum impact can be created by working with children during their school years. She believes all human beings can live a much more powerful life than what they are living at any point of time by aligning their paradigms with reality. She is working with her Teachers, Management, Support Staff and Parents to provide a space for children to grow up to be empowered adults at the VITS School.

The VITS School is committed to discover the uniqueness in every child, and facilitate each child at VITS School to turn into not only a knowledgeable individual but most importantly a happy individual, mentally and emotionally strong enough to take decisions and live a powerful life. Gradually, with every passing year, the school carved a niche for itself by retaining its philosophy even during the tough times of pandemic and today has become a well-known senior secondary school affiliated to CBSE. We as a team have from time to time realized the academic needs of our children and tried our best to adopt the latest methodology and updated ourselves to cater the needs of our students. In this context, qualified and trained faculties have been appointed to act as facilitators and help students to pursue their desired goal. The school also focuses on the holistic development of the students. For this, various inter-house activities are being conducted from time to time.
